We trust that every Knova or Toolman tool you buy will give you the precision you need and the quality you expect, which is why every Knova or Toolman brand tool has a warranty that goes from 6 months to a Lifetime depending on the item. You may find the warranty term on the package of each product or in the corresponding product page on our website www.knovatools.com

Lifetime Warranty

If you purchase a tool that has a lifetime warranty and it breaks or has a defect that prevents it from working properly, just return it to your KNOVA TOOLS Store and we will repair it or replace it free of charge. No paper work or forms to fill, it is as simple as that!

Exceptions

For Bolt Cutters, Hacksaws, Utility Knives, Snips, Tubing Cutters, Tile Cutters and Tape Measures, the warranty does not cover the blade, since it is an expendable part that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period.

Restrictions

1. This warranty does not apply for damage in packaging, paint, chrome or any other wear that does not affect the proper function of the tool.
2. For those tools that are sold as a set, the warranty only applies to the piece(s) that are damaged and not on the full set.

We reserve the right to cancel a lifetime warranty when the tools show signs of abuse or misuse.

Limited Term Warranty

A limited term warranty begins at the time of purchase. Its covers any defects in material or workmanship. With a proof of purchase, a defective product will receive free repair or replacement if repair is unavailable. The repair or replacement does not extend the warranty period.

Restrictions

A warranty will be canceled in the following situations:

1. If the proof of purchase shows signs of having been altered in any way or form.
2. The damaged in the product is on the paint or enamel and it does not affect its performance.
3. The warranty does not cover expendable parts that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period.
4. This warranty is void if the product has been used beyond its capacity or has been abused/beaten.
5. When the product has been damaged by weather, intentionally or not as well as any other fault attributable to natural phenomenon.
6. When the client uses the product for a job it was not built to do.
7. When the product has been altered, changed or modified by the user.
8. When the product has been repaired or reassemble by a person or company not authorized by Knova.
9. When a product has been used to provide commercial services or if rented to another person.

To obtain warranty coverage, return the product with proof of purchase to your nearest Knova Tool Store for free repair or replacement if repair is unavailable.

Power Tools Accesories
